Recall date: 18/11/2013

Description: Hotpoint DWF3 series and DC26 dishwashers manufactured between January 1999 to September 2003 and sold in the UK. See image for further details as to where to locate the model number.

Risk: An electrical component in the dishwasher models listed may fail, leading to overheating and the possibility of the appliance catching fire.
What to do: If your dishwasher is one affected then call Hotpoint’s dedicated Customer Service line on 08442 412574 or at dwf@hotpoint.co.uk

Hotpoint will then arrange to send an engineer to visit and repair your dishwasher, free of charge. It is highly recommended that until the repair has been performed that the dishwasher is not used.
